College Essay Course Details
- Class meets virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-8:00 p.m. EST.
- Essays are due Sunday (at midnight) and are returned with notes on Tuesday.
- You will have time to ask questions during class.
- For extra help, sign up for 20-minute, 1:1 tutoring sessions each Friday.
- You'll receive step-by-step instructions to organize and write your essay.
- You will need time in and out of class to complete your essay.

She spent 16 years teaching teens how to write, report, anchor, and produce television news shows.
As an adjunct professor, she taught college students how to write. In her business, she helps people write their books.

Four (4) Weeks (8-group classes)

The students will be coached to write one essay. They will need to use time in and out of class to complete the writing and revision of their essay.
The students will get coaching and instruction on how to organize and write one college application essay based on the question they pick and the criteria of the college to which they are applying.
Yes. Students will learn how to use a visual learning style concept map, a traditional style outline, or a question-based format to create the content and flow for their essay.
The class meets twice a week for one hour. Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:00 pm (EST). There are eight classes in the session.
The course is $269.00 for 8 classes and the 20-minute Friday tutoring sessions.

Yes. Write Journeys will not write the essay for the client. Write Journeys will not tell any client what essay they should or should not write. Write Journeys will not guarantee the client will use their time wisely to complete their essay. The client is expected to use time in AND outside of the online class to write and revise their essay. Write Journeys does not guarantee the suitability of the essay for any particular outcome.
Yes. The College Application Essay Writing Course is Live and virtual. Classes and tutoring sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Students will be provided with a link before the start of their session. Students will need access to a computer and internet service to successfully complete this course.
